Performance Guarantee

If you have a problem using the Card, please speak to the venue manager.  If the issue can't be resolved, please obtain his or her details, together with a copy of the receipt, and email these to office@PhuketSavings.com as well as your name and contact details, plus a summary of what happened. We will then investigate and offer you 110% reimbursement of what you should have saved, in the form of either a cash refund or other mutually agreed compensation.
